These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bravo Lima Trading ("we," "us," "our"), including our website, indicators, trading journal, Ask (AI assistant), resources and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, ticking the box at checkout or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide access to proprietary technical-analysis indicators for use on TradingView (delivered as invite-only scripts), a trading journal that records and analyses your own trades, an AI assistant ("Ask") that answers questions about your own journal, and related resources (guides, videos, community access), depending on your plan. Access is granted to the TradingView username and/or Discord username you provide, and keeping these accurate is your responsibility. We may change, improve or remove features at any time.

2. Analysis only, never financial advice

Everything in the Service, including indicators, signals, charts, statistics, guides, videos, the journal, and every answer produced by Ask or any other AI feature, is educational and informational. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. We are not a financial adviser, broker, dealer, fund manager or signal service, and nothing here takes your personal situation into account.

Ask is designed to analyse the records and market data it is given and describe what they show. It is instructed not to recommend trades, prices, position sizes or strategies. AI can nevertheless be wrong, incomplete, out of date or misleading, and may make mistakes about your data or the market. Do not rely on it. Check anything that matters against your own records and the exchange.

Trading, especially leveraged and crypto trading, carries a high risk of losing some or all of your money, and past results do not predict future results. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you alone bear every outcome. We are not responsible for any trade you place or any loss you suffer, whether or not you used or relied on the Service, an indicator or an AI answer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough and able to form a binding contract where you live, and the Service must be lawful for you to use there. You are responsible for your account, for what happens under it and for keeping your email address secure, since we sign you in with codes sent to it. One free trial is permitted per person, TradingView account and email address; creating multiple accounts to claim additional trials is not permitted and may result in access being revoked.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

• Plans are billed as described at checkout: a one-time payment for a fixed access period, a recurring plan, or lifetime access, as selected. Prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases and renewals.
• A plan described as recurring renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then shown, until it is cancelled as set out in section 6. By buying it you authorise those charges.
• Payments are made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment gateway. The cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the time of payment. Network fees, exchange rates and the gateway's own terms are outside our control, and you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network.
• Access starts automatically once payment is confirmed on-chain, which can take a few minutes. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Service as we operate it, not your lifetime.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

5. Digital product, immediate access, no refunds

The Service is digital and access begins immediately after payment. At checkout you ask us to begin delivery at once and you acknowledge that, where the law of your country gives a right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase of digital content, you give that right up once access begins, to the extent the law allows.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limit, an unused or partly used period, a change of mind, not using or not understanding the Service, trading results or losses, dissatisfaction, a mistaken purchase, and incompatibility with your device, platform or exchange. We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before you pay, and a purchase means you have had that chance.

We may, entirely at our own discretion and without creating any obligation or precedent, decide to return some or all of a payment in a particular case. Any such return is made in the cryptocurrency we received, in the amount we decide, less network fees, and we are not responsible for changes in its value. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund that cannot be removed by agreement, that right is not affected by this section.

Starting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms. We may then end your access and refuse you future service.

6. Cancelling

• You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from My Account, or in a Discord ticket. Ask at least two days before your renewal date, because cancellation is processed by hand and a request that arrives too late may not be processed before the next charge.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. No money is returned for the time left.
• A request is not a cancellation until we have processed it and confirmed it by email. Keep that email. A one-time or lifetime plan has nothing to cancel.
• You may also simply stop using the Service. That does not cancel a recurring plan.

7. Your journal, exchange connections and AI keys

• The journal is a record-keeping and analysis tool. It reads your trading history; it does not place, change or cancel orders or move funds.
• You connect an exchange with an API key you create yourself. You must give the key reading rights only: no trading, no withdrawals, no transfers. Where an exchange lets us check, we refuse a key that can do more, but we cannot check every exchange and a key's rights can change after you connect it. You are responsible for the rights you give any key and for removing it on the exchange when you no longer want us to have it. See our Security page.
• The journal depends on exchanges and other third parties whose data may be late, incomplete, changed or wrong. We do not guarantee that what the journal shows is accurate, complete or current.
• Ask uses an AI provider that you choose, with a key that you provide. Your question and the journal records needed to answer it are sent to that provider and are handled under its own terms and privacy policy. The cost of using your key is yours.
• You keep what you record. You give us the right to store and process it in order to run the Service for you.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute your access or our indicator source code; attempt to reverse-engineer any indicator; circumvent access controls; probe or overload the Service; use the Service to break the law or another party's terms, including TradingView's Terms of Service and those of your exchange; or try to make Ask act against its instructions.

9. Affiliate program

If you participate in our affiliate program, commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your unique referral code or link, subject to the terms communicated to you at approval. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates or terminate the affiliate program, or any individual affiliate's participation, at our discretion, including for fraudulent or abusive referral activity, and to withhold or reverse commission on a payment that is refunded, charged back or found to be abusive.

10. Availability and third parties

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. TradingView, exchanges, AI providers, the payment gateway, hosting and network providers, and other services outside our control may fail, change or end, and may affect the Service from time to time. We are not responsible for them or for what they do.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access for violation of these Terms, including abuse of the free trial, chargebacks, or attempts to circumvent access controls, and may end or change the Service as a whole. If we end your access for your breach, no refund is due. You may stop using the Service at any time (see section 6 for recurring plans).

12. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, results or uninterrupted operation. We do not promise that you will make money or avoid loss.

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, however it arises and even if we were told it was possible, including anything arising from an indicator, the journal, an AI answer, a data error, a missed or late alert, an exchange or API key, or a third party; and (b) our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or from your trading. Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have under a law that cannot be waived by agreement.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will show the date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. A change does not alter what you agreed to at the time of an earlier purchase for the period you already paid for, except where the law requires the change.

14. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account or access to anyone else; we may transfer the Service to a successor. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country from which Bravo Lima Trading is operated, except that a law of your own country that protects consumers and cannot be set aside by agreement still applies to you. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: most problems are settled that way.
